Who are we?
Ecologic Views is a private non-profit Interdisciplinary Research Agency and Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO). We are passionate environmentalists, scientists, educators, engineers and communicators who are deeply committed to protecting the planet for future generations through the protection, preservation, management, or restoration of life supporting systems and the ecological communities that inhabit them. Our work encompasses a wide range of activities, from evironmental education, conducting in-depth research on ecosystems, modeling, explorations to designing approches aimed at preserving our natural world using advanced techniques. At ecologic views we employ advanced digital modeling techniques such as quantitative methods, spatial techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning and artifical intelligence algorithms to build relavant predictive enviroment and ecology models to drive critical, complex and contemporary issues in our communities. We firmly believe in the transformative power of collaboration and community engagement to drive positive change. Our activities are over guided by experts from various scientific backgrounds who constitute the advisory board.
What do we do?
Our aim is to promote a harmonious relationship between humans and the natural world by addressing pressing environmental challenges and fostering a culture of stewardship and responsibility towards the planet.
We investigate human and wild communities/landscapes (rural, urban, forests, rivers, coastals etc.) that have witness severe environmental threats through natural events and/or anthropogenic procceses and most espercially associated with critical ecological species. We employ innovative, scientific methods and digital tools in research and employ unique techniques in presenting our discoveries.
We also invest our experience in conservation actions, environmental education, innovative solutions to critical environmental issues like, floods, waste crisis, deforestation, erosion, illegal hunting etc.
We believe in collaborative stewardship with other organisations and environment centered projects in providing innovative solutions (such as softwares and data managements systems) to foster environmental conversavation, species protection and ecological resilience.
What is our approach?
Our approach is firmly rooted in a holistic view of environmental conservation based on facts. We seamlessly blend scientific rigor with deep community involvement, recognizing that sustainable solutions are best achieved through a seamless combination of research, education, and collaborative partnerships. We are dedicated to fostering enduring partnerships with diverse stakeholders to create a truly lasting impact. We remain neutral and reliable.
How do we choose our projects?
We take on research projects at the creativity of our researchers. These projects aim to enhence human well-being and/or specie well-being. Our interest lies in communities directly surged by enviromental disaster or ecologically threatened as well as regions and landscapes that are ecologically endowed.
Where is our work presented?
In the pursuit of environmental resilience and ecological intergrity, not forgetting human wellbeing , we seek to work across forums, from local communities, school through workshops and seminars. We endeavour not only to present our investigations across multiple forums, but to transform these forums in the process.
How are we funded?
Our core funding comes from environmental, scientific, academic, and technology grants. Though we also often receive support for specific projects.
As a non-for-profit and Non-governmental organisation, all income we receive from training workshops and display of our work in the media is reinvested into our research and scientific investigations. The institutions and organizations that fund our work exercise no influence over results of our research.
